THE PRESCRIPTION PROJECT respects your privacy.  Any information you provide to THE PRESCRIPTION PROJECT will be held securely and will not be used without your consent.   

Information Collection and Use  

You do not have to provide any personally identifiable information to us in order to use our site.  Aggregate, non-identifiable information that we collect (e.g., total number of page views on a given day) is used for internal review of traffic patterns to our site and is then discarded.  We collect your e-mail address only if you communicate with us by e-mail or otherwise voluntarily provide your e-mail address to us.  We do not collect other information unless we explicitly request that information and you choose to provide it.   

We do not share information gathered via our Web site with third parties, nor do we share e-mail addresses of those who access our site with third parties.  Information collected at this site will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to a third party.   

Cookies 

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive.  The only cookies the site uses are for tracking the site's usage and are anonymous.  Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can control cookies through your browser preference settings.  

Log Files  

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files.  The log files may track information including internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks.  We may use log files to administer the site, track users' movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses, etc., are not linked to personally identifiable information.
