Sunshine Act and health care reform: what you need to know

On Sunday, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a comprehensive national health reform bill. In effect, the House approved the Senate health reform bill, including the Senate version of the Physician Payments Sunshine Act, along with some agreed changes (known as reconciliation), which do not affect the Sunshine Act.
